甘海涛，1985年11月，博士，教授，硕士生导师，香港中文大学（深圳）深圳市人工智能与机器人研究院客座研究员。2014年毕业于华中科技大学，获控制科学与工程博士学位。

主要从事机器学习、计算机视觉和生物信号处理等方面的研究，重点关注半监督学习、安全半监督学习及其应用。以第一或者通讯作者共发表论文20多篇，其中SCI论文18篇，授权发明专利2项（均已成果转化）。近几年，主持国家自然科学基金和省自然科学基金项目各1项，教育部重点实验室和省重点实验室开放基金各1项，参与国家级项目和重点研发计划国合专项多项，获浙江省科技进步奖二等奖1项。
