欧阳勇，1977年4月生，性别男。2007年毕业于湖北工业大学，获工学硕士学位。职称副教授，硕导，2002年8月至今任教于湖北工业大学。现任湖北工业大学计算机学院计算机科学与技术系主任。曾获湖北省教学成果一等奖，湖北工业大学优秀教学质量奖和“最受学生欢迎的教师”荣誉称号。
